The French Wikipedia lists several publishers "La Cigogne" [my comments inserted]:
[see below]
Cigogne (La), éditeur à Bordeaux (Gironde) pour Hachette.
[Hachette seems to have taken over the Strasbourg firm.]
[see below]
Cigogne (La), éditeur à Vichy (Allier), place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville.
[This has the same logo as Paris, as does Rouen, not mentioned in Wiki)]
Below I give some examples. Also, see the remark in the Strasbourg section about other uses of flying stork images.
La Cigogne Paris
The Paris address (in 1935: 111 rue Réaumur, Paris) seems to have mainly produced views, Paris examples are at
www.corpusetampois.com.

Another (Cigogne) Paris
This card has a different logo and doesn't say "La Cigogne" so may be a different publisher.
(CIGOGNE) Paris 520
La Cigogne Rouen
The Rouen address is (in 1931) 74 rue aux Ours, Rouen.

La Cigogne Strasbourg
According to Cigogne d’Alsace – Plus qu’un emblème régional,
Alsace is teeming with a population of Storks, so maybe this firm has the best claim to use a stork as its logo.
In fact images of flying storks were used by other establishments in the region, unrelated to postcard publishing. See
under
the JAD logo here
for instance.
Illustrator of the example card is Hansi (who else?).
This firm had several addresses:
Ch. Bergeret, 1 Pont-aux-Chats, Strasbourg
By the 1960s this logo belongs to Hachette, 3 rue des 4 Chapeux Lyon.
As you can see the various logos look pretty similar.

The example below is possibly another cigogne unless
the logo is a crane...
