(A-B is a company designator). F. Tilgmann was a chromolithographic printer from before postcard days, producing illustrations and particuary maps.
Early cards (1897) have as logo an elaborate roundel containg the words AKTIEBOLAGET F. TILGMANN HELSINGFORS. The example here is a charity card for which Tilgmann acted as the printer.
I'm afraid I can't find out anything about Mr Brunström.
