Registered in Milan but otherwise I don't know. There seems to be something written across the middle of the logo in tiny letters under all the swirls but it isn't resolved in the printing. It meay just be the equivalent of "trade mark". The example is a half-tone image, there is what looks like a block-maker's mark at the bottom right.
