S Bluet was a postcard publisher in Vienna, who became an associate - essentially a subsidiary - of Rotophot Berlin. Rotophot developed branches in Vienna and Cologne (with F Manger). The cards used the same group of models for many sets, but apparently without overlap.
This publisher was a member of the PRA and NBC.
