This looks like a funeral card but it is actually a celebration of the 90th birthday of Luitpold, Prince Regent of Bavaria in 1911. He died in December 1912. Bavaria has a complicated history as a kingdom, which ended in 1918. The example looks like an officially sanctioned or sponsored card which has a pre-printed stamp.
