Some "Woolstone"-marked cards exist but by 1902 Gustave Woolstone had registed the Milton trademark - the firm operated off Milton street in the Postcard Mile of the City of London. (Early cards were printed by Winkler and Schorn of Nuremberg, a firm founded in 1827 and which still exists, now producing packaging.) All sorts of Milton cards were produced including many novelty types.
