Könyves Kálmán ("Coloman the Learned") was an old king of Hungary and a number of Hungarian organisations have included his name; the Hungarian Literary and Book Search Association for example produced postcards for ordering books which bear his name. I think the logo on the example card is of the Szépművészeti Múzeum (Museum of Fine Arts) which presumably owned the painting, and Rotophot Hungary was the printer of the card.
