J.D & Cie, Paris

The big monogram logo is attributed in Cartophilie.be to J. Duval, 18 rue de la Sourdière, Paris. Presumably the printed logos and the red monogram/anchor log are of the same publisher.

This firm goes back to undivided days, producing Paris views as well as cartoons and figurative cards, including "nudes" in bodystockings.

The 1903 example was printed by A. Bergeret, and shows some of a different card on the right as a result of a trimming error.
