A nice bright litho card posted in 1899. A Corso was a social promenade in your carriage, the street Stefaniestraße could be in Abbazia (now Opatija, Croatia) or Karlsbad (now Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic).
Other Haertel cards I have seen are undivided views of Vienna and Budapest, and like the example were printed by
Andelfinger in Munich.
