This are
ELD cards with the GPL logo perhaps representing a partner or distributor. On the face of it this looks like a card of the undivided era (pre 1905) and the GPL could be Piprot, who did have an early logo of GPL though not this one. However, Chantecler is a play by Edmond Rostand first performed in 1910. These cards, which often have 1 cent stamps on (unposted!) are a bit of a mystery to me.
