The initials are the same as those of the pair who founded Dell'Anna and Gasparini, Milan. Is this an earlier combination or another logo of theirs? Otherwise it is rather a coincidence. Maybe ROMA on the cards is just the location of the subjects. I haven't seen a date on one of these yet,

The second example looks like the first in colour but I have removed the yellowing caused by age. The gloomy appearance suits the subject, but these paintings are actually in full colour - see in the section on Ars Minima. For Luigi Nono see Wikipedia and www.luiginono.it.
