Accobe or Decobe? The logo is hard to decipher and sellers use both but close inspection supports Decobe.
Some cards (eg no 13) have the PRA symbol in the stamp box. Other cards have greetings in Dutch and were posted in the Netherlands with known German models, so maybe this was a brand or agency of a German member of the PRA.
