This identification was taken from
vintagepostcards-archive.com but Stefan Kühn tells me this is just a name of convenience, the actual name of the publisher is not know by any of us.
The artist of the example is Herbert Schultz (1884-1966), based in Berlin.
Here is another example of his work, for NPG, with a more tyical version of his signature (HSB).
